These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Media Scheduler ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Media Scheduler website and application at https://v2.mediascheduler.pt (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Media Scheduler helps users connect supported platforms, manage workspace and board settings, schedule media, and publish approved content to connected social media accounts.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Media Scheduler. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your account, and all activity that occurs through your account.
Media Scheduler may allow you to connect third-party accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and monday.com. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring that content you schedule or publish complies with applicable platform rules and laws.
You agree not to misuse Media Scheduler, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate the rights of others, publish unlawful or misleading content, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, schedule, or publish through Media Scheduler. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and publish that content solely to provide and operate the Service.
Your use of Media Scheduler is also governed by the Media Scheduler Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.
Media Scheduler and its software, design, features, trademarks, and content are owned by us or our licensors. Except as allowed by these terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Media Scheduler at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate access to Media Scheduler if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, create legal risk, or if continued access would harm the Service or other users.
Media Scheduler is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
